Milling Process
The milling process begins with selecting the finest paddy, which is cleaned to eliminate impurities such as stones, husks, and dirt. The paddy is then dried to ensure the right moisture content for smooth milling. After drying, the paddy is de-husked to remove the outer husk, revealing the natural white rice. The rice is polished to smooth its surface and remove the bran layer, creating shiny, soft grains. Finally, the rice is graded for uniformity, ensuring consistency in every grain.
