Milling Process
The process begins with the selection of high-quality paddy, which is cleaned to remove any impurities. After cleaning, the paddy is steamed under controlled conditions, allowing the nutrients from the outer layers of the grain to infuse into the core. This ensures the rice retains its nutritional value, while also enhancing its grain strength. Once steamed, the rice is carefully dried to achieve optimal moisture levels. The de-husking process removes the outer husk, followed by polishing to remove the bran layer, resulting in smooth, firm grains.
